1. General
By placing an order with Big Fat Print, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to these terms.
2. Artwork & Files
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. Files should be in actual print size at minimum 150 DPI. Accepted formats: AI, PSD, PDF, TIFF, JPG.
Big Fat Print is not responsible for colour accuracy if no colour proof is requested prior to printing.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum order price is RM 35.00 per item for inkjet printing products.
Prices displayed on the website are calculated based on square footage, material, and machine selection.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and manual bank transfer.
5. Production & Delivery
Standard production time is 3-5 working days after artwork confirmation and payment received. Express production is available at additional cost.
Delivery is available within Klang Valley and outstation. Delivery charges apply based on location and order size.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled. Refunds are only applicable for defective products and must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Warranty
Big Fat Print guarantees print quality for all products. Any defects in printing must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence.
