What is the minimum order price?
Our minimum order price is RM 35.00 per item. This applies to all inkjet printing products.
What file format do you accept?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, TIFF, and JPG files. For best quality, please provide files in actual print size at 150 DPI or higher resolution.
How long is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 working days after artwork confirmation. Express options (1-2 days) are available at additional cost.
Do you provide delivery?
Yes! We provide delivery within Klang Valley and outstation (Peninsular Malaysia). Delivery charges vary by location and order size. Self-pickup is also available at our Cyberjaya location.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we offer professional design services. You can submit a design request through your account and our designers will work with you on your artwork.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit card, and manual bank transfer. Account credit top-up is also available for regular customers.
